Our Commitment

Operating Within the BSEC Framework

ACAML is licensed by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), the statutory regulator of the capital market in Bangladesh. Compliance Pillars

How We Safeguard Investors

Our compliance culture is built on four commitments that shape day-to-day decisions across the firm.

Regulatory Compliance

We conduct our asset-management and advisory activities in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, the rules issued by BSEC, and the listing requirements of the DSE and CSE.

KYC & AML

Client onboarding follows Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering procedures consistent with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh, supporting the integrity of every investor relationship.

Investor Protection

Safeguarding the interests of our investors is central to our mandate. Fund assets are held independently and managed in line with each scheme’s stated objectives.

Transparency

We maintain transparency in Net Asset Value (NAV) computation and portfolio disclosure, so that investors can assess the performance and holdings of their funds.

Disclosures

Statutory Fund Disclosures

In line with our commitment to transparency, statutory disclosures for our funds — including periodic NAV and portfolio information — are published on our reports page.

Investors and prospective investors are encouraged to review the latest published disclosures before making investment decisions, and to consult the BSEC regulatory framework that governs our activities.
